We recognize your need for appropriate management of the personal information
we learn when you visit our website (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy describes
how we use and protect the information we collect. By using the Site, you agree
to the collection and use of your information by us in accordance with this Privacy
Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, then please do not use the
Site.
What Information Does Document Solutions Collect?
Document Solutions is an authorized sales agent of Xerox Corporation (“Xerox”).
The Site Builder Group, Inc, dba AgentSiteBuilder.com (“SBG”) hosts and manages
the Site on behalf of Document Solutions. Document Solutions collects two types
of information:
· Non-personally identifiable information is information that can not be used to uniquely identify you. Examples of non-personally
identifiable information include your IP address, the type of browser software
you use when visiting the Site, the date and time you visit our site, and what
pages you viewed when visiting the Site.
· Personally identifiable information is information that can be used to uniquely identify you. Examples of personally
identifiable information include your name, mailing address, telephone number,
e-mail address and social security number.
Collection and Use of Non-Personally Identifiable Information
You can visit the Site without telling us who you are or revealing any personally
identifiable information to us. During your visit, we may collect certain non-personally
identifiable information. For example, we may track the number of visitors to
the Site by logging Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. We may keep track of what
pages are visited on the Site so we can monitor the usage of the Site. Also, we
may pay attention to what visitors use in order to assess the effectiveness of
the Site and modify our design appropriately. Non-personally identifiable information
may be used individually or aggregated with other non-personally identifiable
information. We may use non-personally identifiable information for our own benefit,
and we may share it with other companies.
Personally Identifiable Information
Document Solutions collects personally identifiable information only when you
elect to provide such information, such as when you contact us through the Site
or purchase products through the Site. The information collected might include
your name, company name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone numbers, credit
card number, billing address, etc. Any personally identifiable information collected
will be used solely for the purpose(s) for which it was collected unless you indicate
otherwise. The personally identifiable information you provide may be shared with
or accessible to SBG, Xerox or other companies with which we have relationships
in order to complete your request. In addition, SBG may enlist a third party
to collect, store, process and manage on our behalf the personal information you
elect to provide. When we use other companies to perform services on our behalf,
we will require that such companies protect your personally identifiable information
consistent with this Privacy Policy. We do not combine personally identifiable
information with any of the non-personally identifiable information gathered on
the Site.
In addition, we may offer you the opportunity to receive information, products
or services directly from a third party. If you elect to receive such items, we
may share with such third party any of your personally identifiable information
collected when you elected to receive such items.
We may process or store your personally identifiable information in databases
located in the United States or any other country in which we do business. We
may disclose personally identifiable information when we have reason to believe
that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal
action against someone who may be violating the terms and conditions of the Site
or may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally)
our rights or property or anyone else that is being harmed by such activities.
We also may disclose personally identifiable information when we believe in good
faith that the law requires it, and for other governmental, administrative, regulatory
or law enforcement purposes.
How Do I Change or Remove My Information?
To change or remove any personally identifiable information, please contact us
at contactus@docsol.net. Once we receive your request, we will use commercially
reasonable efforts to change or remove your personally identifiable information
accordingly. Please be aware, however, even if we update your personally identifiable
information, or we remove such information, it may still be stored in other databases
(including those kept for archival purposes) and may be used to compile aggregated
or demographic information for third parties in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
